I found this great video on YouTube, and I thought it would be a good way to get some of you out there motivated to try a 5k. If you've never done a 5k before (a race that is 3.1 miles long), you should give it a try. 3.1 miles may sound daunting, but it's very manageable and I'm confident anyone can do it with a little bit of training.
